William Parkhill, P.E.
Bill has been involved in the development industry for more than 15 years since he started out working for his father’s construction company before becoming an engineering consultant in 2003. Bill’s extensive consulting experience has included directing the design and permitting for more than 1000 affordable housing units, 2 million square feet of commercial space, and 2,500 residential apartments and townhomes. Bill is particularly skilled in construction management and his participation during critical stages of construction is frequently requested with his input highly valued by clients.

Matthew Robinson, P.E.
Since 2002 Matthew has worked with multinational corporations, regional developers and local companies managing a wide variety of projects including one of the regions largest urban redevelopments in Harrison NJ, major healthcare projects throughout the state, and design of various industrial developments as well as numerous residential projects from single family homes to apartment complexes. In supporting many of his clients Matthew frequently assumes the role of the lead consultant by managing and coordinating the work of the various consultants working on a given project.
Matthew is presently teaching part-time with The College of New Jersey, School of Engineering as an adjunct professor.

Louis Zuegner, P.E., P.P.
Louis has been active in the engineering and consulting field since 1994 during which time he has accumulated a wealth of experience in the land development industry. His varied experience has included working with public agencies, counties, municipalities, private developers, and not-for-profit groups for whom he has supervised and administered field survey crews, construction inspectors, and design professionals. Louis has had involvement across a broad spectrum of the development industry with project design experience including preparation of residential and commercial site plans and subdivisions; class-B recycling facilities; recreational parks, ball fields, re-development of urban infill and contaminated and restricted use properties. Louis brings particular design and project management expertise to urban and brownfield redevelopment for multi-use properties; healthcare campus expansions; and affordable housing communities.
